Erik and Sandy of Essence Photography offer you the advantage of having two photographers to capture your special day. The benefit of two photographers allows us ot cover all angles, differing perspectives, with Sandy having her vision and Erik with his creative thoughts, allowing us to give a complete beautiful picture of your special day.
With both of us being self confessed romantics, every wedding becomes a part of us and capturing those intimate moments to last forever is a great privilege for us.
A photographic image can leave an indelible print on ones mind, and that is our aim. Weeks before the day, we spend time visiting your location, observing surrounding scenery, looking for unique features and always paying careful attention to lighting. This prior planning ensures a stress free and smooth flowing wedding day.
With pre-meetings we strive to build a rapport with our clients, this is vital for us to Capture the Essence of the day. Building some sort of connection between photographer and client prior to the wedding day is paramount, after all nobody is going to spend as much time with you on the day as we are. This relationship enables us to work in a relaxed and fun way on the day, to know your needs and wants, to know you a little better than some stranger with a camera, the results of which will be reflected in the work we produce, and a part of you will be captured in our photographs.
